PrintNow processes personal data of two groups of individuals: (i) Customers and (ii) End Users. (i) A "Customer" is an individual that accesses PrintNow for the purposes of using our services. Customers include individuals who are owners, admins, members or guests of a the Unified Admin, Experts, Developers, and Marketplace and Template Creators. You can think of a Customer as someone who logs in to PrintNow and utilizes our products. (ii) End Users are individuals that access a site hosted by PrintNow. Think of End Users as someone who visits your site. **Customer data processed:** Registration data (full name, email address, optional social media account info), profile data (biographical information, avatar, encrypted passwords), financial data (bank account info, payment card info, transaction history, company billing info), transaction data (client names, orders completed, staff admin activity, action timestamps), online identifiers (geolocation/tracking, browser fingerprint, OS, browser name/version, IP addresses), and interaction data (site content, authentication data, security questions, social posts, user ID, click-stream data). **End User data processed:** Online identifiers (user agents, browser fingerprint, OS, browser name/version, IP addresses) and form submission data (name, email, phone, address, comments, contact info, other submitted personal data).

Personal Data for both Customers and End Users is only accessible by PrintNow personnel whose roles require access to that Personal Data to perform their job duties. An example of this is our Support team.

PrintNow retains Personal Data for Customers and End Users for the duration of a Customer’s use of PrintNow. Upon the termination of the Agreement, PrintNow will delete all Personal Information processed on behalf of Customer unless local laws, regulations, or other requirements applicable to PrintNow prohibit the deletion of the Personal Information. Customers can request their data (including personal data, content they uploaded onto PrintNow, and any other data) be deleted by contacting our support team. PrintNow will delete the personal data unless local laws, regulations, or other requirements applicable to PrintNow prohibit PrintNow from deleting the personal data in question.

Our payment processor, Authorize.net, Stripe, and others are a certified Level 1 Service Provider. PrintNow never has access to sensitive payment details.

PrintNow is not HIPAA compliant.

PrintNow utilizes Azure as its hosting provider for our web applications and Customer websites. Our Azure production servers are located in the USA. PrintNow only offers Azure hosting in the USA region at the present time. PrintNow does not offer hosting in any other Azure regions, currently. PrintNow additionally utilizes a range of third-party service providers to assist with its data processing, customer engagement, and analytic activities. These subprocessors may have access to your data by utilizing our service. The type of data that the Subprocessor has access to is limited to only what is reasonably necessary to perform the service provided.

Yes, Data at rest is encrypted using AES256 bit, while Data in transit is encrypted over TLS 1.2 and 1.3.

PrintNow does not allow customers to run their own penetration test or vulnerability scans because this can cause a disproportionate load on our servers both individually and exponentially in the aggregate. Instead, the PrintNow Security team runs annual penetration tests with external security firms and we make these reports available to customers.
