A provider list shouldn’t be a ceiling
Most platforms can only reach the partners they’ve already built connectors for, so their integration count is also their limit. PrintNow works three ways, and the third one means the answer is never no.

Connect PrintNow to OrderDesk once and reach every provider in their catalog. OrderDesk is a separate subscription of their own, currently from $20/mo for three integrations or $60/mo for unlimited.

Everyone else
No API required
A provider with no API is still a provider you can use. Give them their own Unified Admin access and they work the orders you route to them directly, with automated notifications as jobs arrive and statuses change. No integration to build, on either side.

Your provider doesn’t need an API. Or a developer.
Plenty of excellent trade printers and specialty suppliers have no API and no plans to build one. That shouldn’t decide who you’re allowed to work with.
Give the provider their own Unified Admin access instead. They see only the orders you route to them, pull production-ready files, and update status as jobs move. Automated notifications tell them when work arrives and tell you when it ships. Nobody builds anything, and the order stays tracked inside the platform from checkout to delivery.

Reaching providers through OrderDesk requires an OrderDesk subscription, which is billed by OrderDesk and separate from PrintNow. Their published pricing starts at $20/mo for three integrations and $60/mo for unlimited integrations, and is subject to change. PrintNow’s direct 4over and Sinalite connectors and the Unified Admin route require no third-party subscription.
