PrintNow

Print on Demand

Connect to any print provider, API or not

121print-on-demand and trade providers connect to PrintNow today — 2 through our own integrations and 119through OrderDesk. And when a provider has no API at all, you can still route orders to them. That’s the part most platforms leave out.

Three ways to connect

A provider list shouldn’t be a ceiling

Most platforms can only reach the partners they’ve already built connectors for, so their integration count is also their limit. PrintNow works three ways, and the third one means the answer is never no.

Direct integration

2

Built into PrintNow

4over and Sinalite connect through PrintNow's own connectors. Live wholesale pricing, automated order submission, and blind shipping, with nothing else to buy or configure.

OrderDesk

119

Through the OrderDesk integration

Connect PrintNow to OrderDesk once and reach every provider in their catalog. OrderDesk is a separate subscription of their own, currently from $20/mo for three integrations or $60/mo for unlimited.

Unified Admin

Everyone else

No API required

A provider with no API is still a provider you can use. Give them their own Unified Admin access and they work the orders you route to them directly, with automated notifications as jobs arrive and statuses change. No integration to build, on either side.

Unified Admin

Your provider doesn’t need an API. Or a developer.

Plenty of excellent trade printers and specialty suppliers have no API and no plans to build one. That shouldn’t decide who you’re allowed to work with.

Give the provider their own Unified Admin access instead. They see only the orders you route to them, pull production-ready files, and update status as jobs move. Automated notifications tell them when work arrives and tell you when it ships. Nobody builds anything, and the order stays tracked inside the platform from checkout to delivery.

How a no-API provider works an order

  1. 1

    Order routes

You route the job to that provider from PrintNow, the same as any other supplier.

  2. 2

    They're notified

An automated notification tells them a new job is waiting, with the details attached.

  3. 3

They work it in Unified Admin

They sign in to their own scoped view, download print-ready files, and mark progress.

  4. 4

    Status flows back

Their updates land in your dashboard and your customer's order history automatically.

About this list

Provider names other than 4over and Sinalite are taken from OrderDesk’s published print-on-demand integration list, retrieved 2026-07-28. OrderDesk adds and removes providers over time, so this is a point-in-time snapshot rather than a live feed — check their list for the current catalog.

Reaching providers through OrderDesk requires an OrderDesk subscription, which is billed by OrderDesk and separate from PrintNow. Their published pricing starts at $20/mo for three integrations and $60/mo for unlimited integrations, and is subject to change. PrintNow’s direct 4over and Sinalite connectors and the Unified Admin route require no third-party subscription.

Entries in OrderDesk’s catalog that are print-on-demand software, order middleware, or equipment rather than fulfillment providers are not listed here. All product and company names are the trademarks of their respective owners and appear here only to identify what PrintNow connects to; listing a provider does not imply any partnership or endorsement.

Print-on-demand provider questions

PrintNow connects to 121 named providers today. 4over and Sinalite are direct integrations built into PrintNow. The remaining 119 — including Printful, Printify, Gooten, Gelato, Prodigi, Scalable Press, Jakprints, and Lulu — are reachable through PrintNow's OrderDesk integration. The full alphabetical list is on this page. Beyond those, PrintNow can route orders to any other provider that has no API at all through Unified Admin.
You can still use them. PrintNow gives that provider their own Unified Admin access, where they see only the orders you route to them, download production files, and update status. Automated email notifications tell them when a job arrives and tell you when it moves. This is a structured handoff inside the platform rather than a manual phone-and-email workflow, so the order stays tracked end to end even though the provider has no integration of their own.
Yes, for the providers reached through OrderDesk. OrderDesk is a separate service with its own plan, currently from $20/mo for three integrations or $60/mo for unlimited integrations. PrintNow's 4over and Sinalite connectors and the Unified Admin route need no third-party subscription.
