We really like PrintNow's customization abilities, amount of features, and integrations in & out of their system. We use Zapier and SiteFlow(OneFlow) to get data in and out of the system all day every day. PrintNow has a great dashboard for the casual employee at our print shop who just needs to be able to track and report on jobs. It also has almost all the options the designers and IT people need in the back-end to make everything work and look great. One of the best features is customer service, they're great. Always willing to lend a hand and walk you though something or just fix it quickly. They've solved some of our biggest issues and given us the flexibility to better serve our customers.
