This is a sample plan to help you understand what you can expect from the PrintNow Professional Onboarding service. Typically, our customers complete onboarding within 3 months — some do it even faster — and we focus on helping you reach your primary goals.

Since onboarding is dependent on your goals, we’ll structure onboarding and prioritize objectives to your needs. In this sample plan, we focus on covering the primary areas of web-to-print design and development.

PrintNow Onboarding Overview

PrintNow Onboarding is designed for new customers using the PrintNow software for the first time. Our customers enjoy our assistance advising on product setup, best practices around rapid deployments and site development, as well as help creating automation and integrations. With PrintNow Onboarding, we’re here to help you create a more sophisticated and personalized web-to-print approach in the PrintNow software.

Getting Started
To set you up for web-to-print success, we’ll start your journey on understanding the fundamentals of PrintNow. PrintNow is a big platform with many tools, and to get the most value out of them; you’ll need to understand the foundations and how the tools work together. Along with helping you understand the PrintNow fundamentals, we’ll first guide you with setup tasks, including:

  • Create your staff accounts
  • Set up the general default settings of your initial Print Store
  • Connect system mail account for sending email notifications
  • Customize your order status types and map email templates
  • Configure your shipping methods & live rates calculations
  • Input merchant credentials for credit card transactions
  • Import manual tax rates or configure taxjar.com partner integration
  • Map your custom domains and SSL certificates
  • Consider 3rd party integrations

    Phase 1: Kickoff Goal Setting

    Phase 5: Content Management

    Complete Onboarding and Transition
    Completion
    As we approach the completion of your onboarding, we'll work with you to determine what your next goals will be after onboarding. You’ll be transitioned to a PrintNow customer success manager who will be there to ensure you’re thriving in PrintNow.
